Boarding

Come aboard the 2020 Ocean Alexander 88 Skylounge via the teak-laid hi-lo swim platform. From here, you will be able to access the cockpit or the crew area. 

 

Cockpit

 

The stunning cockpit features a substantial high gloss timber table and even a bar, which you’ll find positioned forward and to starboard. 

 

Saloon

 

From the cockpit, you’ll find the spacious saloon. This features an L-shaped custom lounge to starboard. Here, you can sit back and relax and enjoy the drop-down 50” television which is able to be electronically lowered from the ceiling. 

The saloon isn’t just for the television - you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful ocean views through the huge windows. 

The saloon also features bar facilities, including a wine cabinet and glass storage. 

 

Lounge Area

 

When the temperature drops or you’re ready for dinner, you’ll be enjoying the lounge area. This includes a formal dining area with a high gloss timber table and dining chairs. The lounge area is conveniently located adjacent to the saloon and its bar facilities. 

 

Skylounge

You can’t miss the skylounge! You’ll notice triple 24” Garmin screens which are the focus of the helm. 

You’ll notice three Stidd helm seats, giving the skipper and two navigators some much-needed comfort. 

There’s even a Garmin Grid Controller in the armrest of the skipper’s helm, so you can control the Garmin inputs without even getting out of the seat.

The skylounge also features a lounge area with a high gloss coffee table. 

Venturing outside of the skylounge and you’ll find a bar, electronic barbeque, sink and L-shaped dining area. This area features a sunshade system, so you don’t have to worry about sunburn! You will also be able to access a set of stairs that go directly to the cockpit. 

No trip on the 2020 Ocean Alexander 88 Skylounge is complete without having a dip in the jacuzzi. 

 

Master bedroom

 

When you need to take a break, you can head below deck to the spacious master bedroom which also features an ensuite where you can freshen up after a day on the water. 

You’ll also find the three guest cabins - one VIP guest bedroom, as well as two single guest cabins that convert into double beds.

 

Technology

 

Ocean Alexander uses the Octoplex electrical management system which is used via hardwired touchscreens in the helm and crew area. You can even use a smartphone or tablet - meaning you don’t even have to leave the comfort of the couch or the bed.
