The Ocean Alexander display line up includes the 45 Divergence, the revolutionary 26R and the limited edition 88 Skylounge, whilst the Galeon line up boasts the award winning 510 SKYDECK and the 640 FLY.

Ocean Alexander

Drawing on the design hallmarks and pedigree of Ocean Alexander’s larger yachts, the Ocean Alexander 45 Divergence is all about enjoying the aquatic lifestyle, placing equal focus on comfort as much as horsepower.

At an overall length of 47ft with a 13ft beam, the versatile 45 Divergence has a capacity of up to 16 people and features unprecedented levels of luxury for a boat its size.

At anchor, the cockpit bulwarks can fold out to expand the usable recreation space and enhance a unique alfresco entertaining experience. Hidden swim ladders also make it the ideal day boat for all water sports.

The Ocean Alexander 26R features bold looks, sleek lines, chiselled moulding details and European design. Her open plan design caters to buyers who are looking for a yacht that offers a relaxed family-oriented layout with the main deck living areas spread out across the entire deck. This approach has created a spectacular feeling of space, allowing areas to be distinct yet merging together, creating an expansive open-feeling interior. With an abundance of floor to ceiling windows and glass throughout so that during the day, the main deck will be bathed in sunlight with spectacular views.

According to Holzapfel, the new Ocean Alexander 26R is unlike anything available in Australia and New Zealand and will strike a chord with cruising families in both markets.

Also on display at the Alexander Marine Showcase at Southport Yacht Club, is the 40th Anniversary special limited-edition Ocean Alexander 88 Skylounge, a true superyacht with all the hallmarks of the brand in one package. She offers a four stateroom and two crew cabin accommodation layout. Boasting a large galley with adjacent forward settee lounge area, huge enclosed skylounge that permits all weather entertaining, complimented by a luxurious jacuzzi on the aft top deck. Her interiors offer an abundance of light, space and luxury. Finishes and fittings are the same as those in exclusive residences throughout the world. Supersized windows let the sun spill in and create dramatic panoramas wherever you go.

As Chueh explained, “The OA88 displays the hallmarks of all Ocean Alexander yachts: the highest quality throughout – NO compromises on engineering and seakeeping ability, while each yacht is constructed with an oversized drive train, rudders and general structure.”

Galeon

Hallmarks of Galeon range include the ingenious ‘Beach Mode’, cantilevered side decks which extend the width of the cockpit for additional leisure space onboard.

According to Alexander Marine Australia Dealer Principal, Todd Holzapfel, these models stand out in their categories for their award-winning innovation, numerous design features, and quality construction.

“These new models represent the next generation of Galeon in terms of added recreational space, precision engineering and impeccable European interiors,” he said.

The Galeon 510 SKYDECK combines the advantages of a flybridge, yet with the distinct sporty look of a coupe. She features an enormous electric sunroof over the lower helm, and likewise an electric retractable soft roof over the Skydeck when it’s time to enjoy this elevated area of the boat. Another great feature of this model is the utility room which is accessed from the swim platform via a watertight door. This air-conditioned area contains additional refrigeration, a wet head, access to the engine room and is generally a convenient space to store surplus cruising spares.  The 510 SKYDECK model offers a three cabin accommodation layout.

The multi-award winning Galeon 640 FLY has been hailed a genuine “game changer”, offering solutions never before seen in this class. This transformer yacht has revolutionized the segment with its innovative approach to layout and space. The 640 FLY builds on the ground-breaking success of the smaller Galeon models to bring even more innovations to the flybridge segment, which has granted this model no less than three prestigious international awards.

The spacious cockpit dining space, serviced from the adjacent aft galley, is an ideal space for entertaining and socialising. Guests can enjoy the aft facing pop-up TV from this location, and likewise, will enjoy the considerable weather protection provided to them by the fly bridge hardtop overhang and her electric aft sunshade.

From the saloon level, the foredeck area can be accessed by the revolutionary, centreline electric walk-through windscreen. Up forward guests can dine or recline on two separate movable sofas with integrated hi/low tables. Thanks to the innovative accommodation layout, a unique private stairway leads to the forward VIP cabin for ultimate privacy.

The five vessels will be showcased at Southport Yacht Club 5 & 6 February 2021. For those unable to attend, Alexander Marine Australia is located at The Boat Works on Queensland’s Gold Coast, and live online walkthroughs on all their display vessels can be arranged for those unable to travel. Following the guidelines of the Department of Health to ensure the health and safety of team members and customers, Alexander Marine Australia require all visitors to pre-register.
