This impressive superyacht commands attention with her bold lines, visibly exceptional craftsmanship, entertaining credentials and oozes the opulence experienced in luxurious five star hotels. The ingenious design of the boat creates the impression you are aboard an even larger vessel than her 28 metres.

Boarding the boat from her large teak laid swim platform leads you directly to her Beach Club. This area doubles as a tender garage when the vessel is underway. This dual purpose area, with the benefit of shade from the open garage door, is a sensational location on the vessel to laze back and soak up the sunshine while watching family and friends enjoy the water. Engine room access is also possible from the front of the garage/Beach Club - this will prove to be a very handy access point from a machinery service perspective and likewise will assist ventilation to the engine room when stationary.

Teak laid stairs on either side of the garage/Beach Club take you up into the enormous teak laid cockpit fitted with a large centrally mounted white marble table complemented by an aft forward-facing lounge which can double as a day bed. This is a fabulous area for outdoor entertaining and is equipped with a barbeque to feed your guests - by day you can be enjoying lunchtime alfresco dining, and by night cocktails under the stars.

At its heart the Warren 87 is an entertainer's dream. Curved floor to ceiling stainless steel framed and tinted sliding glass doors lead into the main saloon, nicely connecting the spacious saloon to the huge cockpit area. As you transition into the aft area of the saloon there are two large standalone leather lounges with a matching single lounge chair. Supersized tinted windows on either side of the saloon allow light to pour in while keeping the heat out. Family and guests can enjoy a more intimate dinner at the interior formal marble dining table complemented with stylish leather dining chairs which is positioned in the forward starboard corner of the saloon - just a few steps up from the lower galley and lower lounge area below. Immediately adjacent to the dining area of the saloon level is a Hoshizaki ice machine and Bromic drinks fridge - commercial grade equipment for commercial grade entertaining! Following dinner guests may be tempted to relax on the lounges and watch a movie on the electric drop down Samsung 55" LED Smart TV which is also visible from the cockpit.

The alluring floating marble staircase from the saloon up to the skylounge tempts you to explore somewhere special on the upper deck, but we'll get to that later.

Another stylish marble staircase - with grand proportions - winds its way down a few steps to the lower deck foyer. You are greeted with a massive galley to starboard complete with a centre island bench and a supersized lounge to port. The gourmet galley boasts a state-of-the-art Miele glass induction cooktop, overhead Gaggenau rangehood and twin Miele under bench ovens. In addition to refrigeration and freezer capacity the galley boasts an abundance of storage for non-perishables. This exquisite galley will be greatly appreciated by any chef presenting their signature dishes upon the marble island servery. Following the festivities, pop everything into the Miele dishwasher while you sit back and enjoy the rest of the evening.

As foreshadowed earlier opposite the galley to port is a stunning lounge with a marble coffee table. The midship area of the vessel is fitted with large oval portholes; four on the galley side and four on the lounge side, offering beautiful water views and lots of natural light. Overhead is a spectacular skylight, a special feature allowing yet more natural light to fill this room. The creative positioning of a floor to ceiling mirror gives the illusion of an even larger area. It's a sensational space.

The accommodation layout for the vessel offers three luxury guest cabins - all with private ensuite access - plus one crew cabin accessed from the cockpit.

Forward of the galley you enter the VIP stateroom which sets the elegant tone for all her accommodation spaces. A large circular hatch above the centreline double bed invites plenty of natural light to fill the cabin. The VIP suite offers a private space for guests to lay back, relax and enjoy a movie on the Sony LED TV. The VIP suite also has its own private stunning ensuite.

Immediately aft of the galley the second guest cabin is positioned to starboard featuring a double bed, Sony LED TV and private access to a shared ensuite which doubles as the yacht's day head. All of the staterooms are decorated with beautiful soft furnishings.

The highlight of the accommodation is the enormous full beam midship owner's stateroom which offers an elegant and contemporary space to relax in spacious privacy. Notable features are the queen-sized island bed, lounge, walk-in wardrobe, Sony LED TV and soft wall finishes. Once again, the thoughtful placement of mirrors in the master cabin opens this huge space even more. The master suite has a large bathroom with double shower recess, ceiling mounted shower rose, and mirrored walls complementing the beautiful marble throughout.

Opposite the starboard guest stateroom is the ships laundry complete with a 9kg Miele clothes washing machine, 8kg Miele clothes dryer and laundry basin. The laundry room also houses additional refrigeration and freezer capacity - need we remind you this boat is built for entertaining in absolute style!

Back up to the main saloon it is now time to ascend the floating marble staircase up to the skylounge. From this vantage point you can truly appreciate the scale of this magnificent superyacht. There is a real sense of connection between the various spaces onboard with an open planned layout while preserving the boundaries of each room at the same time.

At the top of the staircase is the impressive skylounge and helm station. The captain will enjoy sitting back on the large, modern designed ergonomic helm chair high above the water with sensational views from which to pilot the vessel. Importantly the skylounge helm position allows the captain to navigate the vessel in isolation with guests enjoying the saloon and cockpit areas in privacy.

The helm station features a modern matt black dash, housing everything a captain desires including dual Raymarine Axiom screens. The FLIR night vision camera is a handy addition for night time navigation with maximum confidence.

Aft of the helm station is the skylounge offering a spectacular entertaining area with magnificent water views. Guests can choose to relax inside with a glass of Champagne or enjoy the protected teak laid aft skylounge balcony accessed via bi-folding rear doors which seamlessly connect the skylounge to the aft balcony. A stainless steel Vitrifrigo drawer fridge up in the skylounge conveniently keeps drinks icy cold so as to avoid the need to duck downstairs for a replacement beverage. When not entertaining larger crowds the skylounge doubles as a luxurious private escape.

For those wanting to experience more of the outdoors, there are two large sunbeds on the foredeck accessed via the safe walkaround side decks - a tranquil place to close your eyes and soak up some sun.

This Warren 87 is powered by twin shaft drive MTU 8V 2000 M94 diesel engines each producing 1,250HP. With this power package she will sprint to 29 knots if and when required. Engine hours are yet to clock 20hrs! As per the whole vessel, she is as-new without the multiyear wait time if you were to commission a new build of a similar superyacht!

Twin generators take care of onboard power requirements when away from the dock including the Cruise Air air-conditioning throughout the entire boat. To enhance manoeuvrability, the boat is equipped with side-power hydraulic bow and stern thrusters and a MTU wired docking remote.

In the garage/Beach Club an ADC 350kg crane will assist with launching and retrieving your chosen tender or Jet Ski. Her anchoring equipment includes a large stainless steel Ultra Anchor for a guaranteed good night sleep at your chosen anchorage.
