Alexander Marine are pleased to have SOLD the 2008 Riviera 47 Enclosed Flybridge 'Devocean'.
'Devocean' was awarded "2008 Boat of the year" and was one out of only two of this model to be powered by twin 825hp MTU Detroit's, which you would usually only find fitted in the Riviera 51 models. Cruising effortlessly at 24 knots with ample power for a good turn of speed and seakeeping capability, and reaching a sprint speed of 39 Knots with her Onan Genset taking care of the onboard power requirements when afloat.
The spacious teak laid Cockpit was perfect for fishing and entertaining featuring a live bait tank, top loading fridge sided by a freshwater sink with easy access to her engine room below.
She boasted a comfortable lower deck accommodation layout with her master forward featuring queen Island berth, complimented by his and hers hanging locker, flatscreen TV and ensuite. To starboard you found a double guest cabin sharing a large ensuite with an over and under bunk guest cabin to Port, and included a Miele washer for those extended weekenders.
The galley was located on the main deck to port featuring loads of storage, large Dometic side by side separate fridge and freezer, corian bench tops, Fisher & Paykel electric twin hotplate and a Smeg microwave. Opposite the galley you had an L shaped lounge dinette with seating for 4 - 5 people and overlooking a spacious saloon, equipped with Uline bar fridge/ icemaker, Samsung Flatscreen TV and Bose sound system. Her enclosed flybridge contained a forward lounge area with a dining table seating up to 6 people as well as a Freshwater sink, Vitrifrigo bar fridge, twin upgraded Navigation helm chairs for long distance cruising in comfort with company.
