2008 Grand Banks 47 Heritage EU

 Alexander Marine are pleased to have AGAIN SOLD the 2008 Grand Banks 47 Heritage EU 'Maple Spirit'.

'Maple Spirit' was originally built for a Grand Banks board member to a high specification including a range of significant upgrades.

'Maple Spirit' is a twin cabin layout GB47. This layout makes for spacious accommodation forward. The master cabin is located in the bow complete with an ensuite and separate shower stall. The starboard guest cabin offers twin bunks running athwartships. The accommodation offers good natural light and ventilation, as well as upgraded air conditioning for tropical conditions. The guest head to port acts as a convenient day head with its close proximity to the saloon. A washer/dryer is concealed within the guest head.

The saloon and galley are on the same level and flow naturally into the cockpit. Signature Grand Banks Teak and Holly flooring have been laid throughout this saloon and galley area. The portside forward galley is well equipped with quality Gaggenau appliances and granite benchtops. To starboard you will find a well appointed helm station, with the convenience and practicality of a helm door giving the skipper easy access to the side deck - handy when berthing and or operating the vessel short-handed.

Moving aft the cockpit and side decks are all teak laid. Convenient access to the engine room is by way of the pneumatically assisted staircase to the flybridge being raised from the cockpit.

The spacious flybridge offers yet more entertaining area - as a function of her custom bimini and clears this becomes an all weather area. 'Maple Spirit's RIB tender is also stored up on the hardtop and is launched and retrieved by way of a Marquip davit.
