2008 Alaska 46 Flybridge

Powered by twin Cummins QSB 5.9 480hp diesel engines fitted with electronic engine controls, making this Alaska the perfect cruising platform with an impressive sprint speed of 24 knots and a cruise speed of 17 knots. She would certainly eat up those east coast miles whether heading north or south. 

There was plenty of room to relax with two spacious cabins, the master featured a queen island bed and ensuite with a screened shower stall. The second cabin featured a twin single arrangement and was located amidships with an adjacent bathroom. The saloon and galley areas offered plenty of natural light with the American cherry wood adding a touch of warmth to the cabin. Adjacent to the galley was the lower helm station with a side helm door opening out onto the large walk-around decks, allowing easy access to the bow and making docking a breeze. 

Her enormous aft deck featured a transom lounge that incorporates refrigeration under the lounge cushions and the cockpit table could easily accommodate seating for up to 8. Opposite the lounge and positioned on the port side handrail was a stainless steel BBQ, making it just perfect for that morning breakfast cook whilst enjoying the view. 

There was easy access to the flybridge, via the aft deck stairway that led to the helm station on the port side. The vantage point of the helm station gave generous visibility for both cruising and maneuvering. A large lounge complemented the bridge area for guests to relax and enjoy the view. 

There was access to the engine room via a hatch on the back deck and descending stairs. Every component in the engine room was easily accessible for those daily checks or routine maintenance.
