Alexander Marine are pleased to have AGAIN SOLD the 2007 Palm Beach 50 Flybridge Motor Yacht 'Madeleine Rose'.

This iconic Palm Beach 50 was built for her passionate long term first owner, and her current and second owners have further refined the vessel by conducting numerous meaningful additional upgrades.

The classic and timeless lines of each Palm Beach Motor Yacht turn heads wherever they roam. 'Madeleine Rose' has just enjoyed a comprehensive yard period with a freshly painted hull presenting flawlessly.

Her spacious saloon layout features a galley running along the portside, with a large L-shaped leather settee to starboard. Like all Palm Beach Motor Yachts she features electric side and rear windows for excellent guest connectivity and ventilation - making everybody on board feel connected with the sea.

She is built as a two cabin guest accommodation layout. Her forward master cabin features an island double bed, whilst the guest cabin is equipped with two bunks. A spacious head, with a large shower stall, is located on the lower accommodation deck.

Experience enhanced weather protection functionality up on the flybridge with the recently installed GRP hardtop, front clear panels, and the added convenience of a reversible helm bench seat for use while navigating or socializing. The flybridge is a great location from which to enjoy a sunset beverage and features a Dometic fridge/freezer. In addition to the previously mentioned reversible helm bench seat an additional bench seat is installed across the aft of the flybridge so as four guests can comfortably enjoy this elevated area.

Indulge in the ultimate entertainment experience within her spacious cockpit, featuring newly installed teak flooring exclusively on the swim platform. Massive storage is available under the cockpit sole accessed via four large deck hatches for ease of access.

Her watermaker is housed in this area to permit long periods of time away from the dock. To ensure your guests were well hydrated a drinks fridge and ice maker are located in the cockpit.

She is powered by twin shaft drive Yanmar diesels for simplicity and economy. She is equipped with a bow thruster for assistance when docking. Her Kohler genset takes care of your power requirements when away from the dock, including running the air conditioning when required.

'Madeleine Rose' has just had her hull repainted in the exquisite Awlcraft 2000 Rolls Royce Peacock Blue colour complete with a clear coat. She was antifouled and had propspeed applied also. Her teak decks have enjoyed a recent Semco treatment further enhancing their natural beauty and durability.
