Alexander Marine are pleased to have AGAIN SOLD the 2007 Alaska 54 Sedan 'Mystique'. 

'Mystique' represents an exceptionally low-hour example of these rare sedan cruisers, offering the perfect blend of entertainment and ease of ownership. With no brightwork or flybridge areas to maintain, 'Mystique' ensures hassle-free upkeep. 

In 2022, under the current owner's care, 'Mystique' underwent a soft furnishings upgrade and received a full two-pac repaint, presenting her in superb condition. 

Accessing the spacious cockpit is effortless, thanks to dual access S/S children/pet gates from the teak-laid swim platform. The teak-laid cockpit features a comfortable upholstered bench seat and a large fixed teak table, ideal for entertaining guests. The hardtop overhang provides ample shade for Australia's climate. 

Removable mesh breezeways offer additional protection as needed, along with acrylic wing doors to each side deck for shutting off the cockpit in blustery conditions. The important drinks fridge is conveniently located against the saloon bulkhead to starboard, adjacent to the large S/S framed bi-fold doors that seamlessly connect the cockpit to the saloon. A hand basin and storage cupboard to the port side of the bi-fold doors. 

Inside, the spacious saloon boasts impressive headroom and natural light, with hand-laid teak and holly timber flooring throughout. The saloon offers ample seating and storage, including a spacious L-shaped lounge facing aft with a teak table featuring an adjustable stainless steel pedestal, facilitating seamless interaction with cockpit activities, such as enjoying sunset drinks! Adjacent to this, there is another bench-style lounge. Forward to port, there's a well-equipped galley featuring Corian countertops and a Blanco electric cooktop. The galley provides a separate meal preparation station, adding convenience during mealtime. 

The helm station to starboard includes a sliding helm door for easy access to the side deck, with bow and stern thrusters for additional ease of operation. 

'Mystique' is equipped with a full suite of Raymarine MFD's, along with cruising-friendly features such as a water maker and combination clothes washer & dryer. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort onboard. The vessel's accommodation layout comprises a mid-master cabin featuring an island queen bed with side tables and an ensuite inclusive of a separate shower stall. Additionally, there's a forward VIP cabin with a centerline double island bed and a third cabin equipped with a single bunk, providing extra sleeping accommodation, along with shared ensuite facilities. 

The spacious engine room houses a pair of extremely low-hour Cummins engines and an Onan genset, offering a sprint speed of up to 22 knots when needed. With a fuel capacity of approximately 4500 liters, 'Mystique' provides ample cruising range. The aft lazarette offers extensive storage space for cruising essentials.
