As evidenced by the photos she has to be the best power catamaran on the market thanks to her experienced passionate owner who recently completed an extensive and comprehensive refit of the vessel. She is an ideal setup - with the benefit of catamaran stability - for coastal cruising and offshore fishing with loads of comfort for the family. Her outboards allow the ultimate in shallow draft capability and is yet another reason to consider this vessel for your boating needs.
The Ozycat's were based on the highly regarded Cougar Cat's which we renowned in the commercial sector and by offshore enthusiasts. From this solid foundation 'Catalyst' has been completely overhauled, refitted and repowered to a better than new condition by way of all the latest gadgets she now houses.
The cockpit is ideal for fishing or entertaining and is sheltered from the elements thanks to her custom cockpit canopy. The cockpit flooring is stylish Sea Deck material which feels great underfoot and looks the goods too. Access to the cockpit from the dock is via a large side-opening marlin door on the starboard side of the cockpit, plus there is centreline access aft between the two outboard engines as you emerge from a swim. Her freshly two pak painted head and shower compartment is accessed directly from the cockpit.
The saloon layout is complete with an in-line galley to starboard with as-new galley appliances, with a u-shaped settee to port featuring new upholstery when it's time to eat a meal. Her helm is to starboard and features a comfortable custom helm chair. The dash is all late model Garmin electronics including a radar and aft-facing camera when you are backing into a berth. The interior is fitted with as-new Dometic air-conditioning equipment. Power needs away from the dock are assisted with a solar panel installed on the roof & the 2000w inverter will power your mod cons.
Moving outside her exterior has also been immaculately refurbished with new two-pak paint so the vessel simply gleams! The foredeck is complete with new overhead hatches, Muir horizontal windless, and a bulletproof stainless steel Ultra anchor to complete the package. Nothing has been overlooked!
Accommodation is via two doubles in the bow of each hull for a total of four persons. Overhead hatches in each cabin provide natural light and ventilation. The saloon seating would also be a great spot to overnight.
'Catalyst' is powered by late model ultra low hour Twin 300hp Mercury Outboards. This is genuinely a turn key vessel ready for her next adventure.
