2017 Integrity 490 Raised Pilothouse

Alexander Marine are pleased to have SOLD the 2017 Integrity 490 Raised Pilothouse 'Weatherly'.

'Weatherly' is an exceptionally low-hour example of an Integrity-raised pilothouse sedan cruiser, offering an ideal blend of entertainment and ease of ownership. With no brightwork or flybridge areas to maintain, 'Weatherly' ensures hassle-free upkeep.

Accessing the spacious cockpit is effortless, thanks to the starboard transom door which is children/pet-friendly from the swim platform. The cockpit features a large comfortable U-shaped upholstered lounge seating and a large fixed teak table, which is ideal for entertaining guests. The hardtop overhang provides ample shade for Australia's climate.

Removable canvas enclosure with mesh breezeways offers additional protection as needed, along with clear zipped wing doors to each side deck to close off the cockpit in blustery conditions. The saloon bulkhead is fitted, with stainless steel framed half-sliding door and foldup windows that seamlessly connect the cockpit to the saloon.

Internally the spacious saloon and galley are on the same level, with freshly laid carpet flooring. Aft to port, the well-equipped galley features Corian countertops and a Westinghouse electric cooktop. The galley provides ample meal preparation areas, adding convenience during mealtime.

'Weatherly's' unique saloon design adjacent to the galley features a twin tub chair arrangement which facilitates seamless interaction with the comfortable cockpit lounge seating, it's worth noting that the cockpit table drops to make another twin berth when required.

Up a few steps you then enter the pilothouse level which features a comfortable helm seat and all the desired equipment for extended cruising - including the Raymarine 16 " hybrid touch screen electronics. There are helm doors out each side from the pilothouse that are great for both natural ventilation and ease of access around the boat, the walk-around side decks make access right around the boat safe and easy. 'Weatherly' is also equipped with Vetus stabilisers to enhance guest comfort while underway.

She features a two guest cabin accommodation layout. The midship master cabin features an island queen bed with side tables and a private ensuite including a separate shower stall. Additionally, there's a forward VIP cabin with a centerline queen bed along with a separate ensuite facilitating the day head. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort onboard.

The spacious engine room houses a single low-hour Scania engine and an Onan generator, offering a sprint speed of up to 15 knots when needed. With a fuel capacity of approximately 2000 liters, 'Weatherly' provides ample cruising range. The aft lazarette offers extensive storage space for cruising essentials.
