DESCRIPTION & DETAILS
Alexander Marine Australia are pleased to present this 2015 Princess V57 to the market as worldwide central agents.
Princess's preferred designer Bernard Olesinski penned the hull, which features propeller tunnels for shallow shaft angles and efficiency. The boat runs smoothly thanks to her fine entry and aggressive chines and is well suited to her efficient twin Volvo Penta D13's power.
Savvy boat buyers understand what this acclaimed model offers - the fusion of single-level indoor/outdoor entertaining decks, the joy of an opening electric sunroof, and the convenience of an aft tender garage - all of which are perfectly suited for our Australian waterways be that entertaining on the harbour or coastal cruising.
Boarding the vessel is made easy by stepping onto her wide teak-laid hi/lo swim platform, or by way of passerelle when stern into a fixed dock. Teak laid stairs lead up into the cockpit and are positioned on the starboard side of the vessel. The cockpit, also teak-laid, features a generously sized sun lounge aft above the tender garage. A U-shaped dinette with a folding teak table is positioned to port against the saloon bulkhead - which in this location offers some protection from the elements by way of the hardtop overhang - can cater for a crowd of six to eight guests with the addition of folding chairs. The cockpit amenities centre, which is positioned to starboard against the saloon bulkhead, is complete with food-prep space, bbq, sink, garbage bin and top-loading fridge. An electric shade awning can be put to use with the press of a button for sun protection over the cockpit.
As you move into the saloon, which is separated from the cockpit via sliding glass doors, you will observe her all-weather dinette setting for six
around a timber dining table positioned to port. Over on the starboard side, the saloon layout features a pop-up flat-screen television that emerges from the cabinet at the press of a button. To ensure you are never too far from a beverage you are also greeted with a bar fridge, ice maker and cocktail cabinet complete with glass storage also installed to starboard in the saloon.
Her retractable sunroof provides enormous light and fresh air in the saloon when required to the extent that you're virtually outdoors, or you may opt to close the sunroof and crank up the air-conditioning, and then enjoy a comfortable all-weather living/dining cocoon with amazing views!
Her delightful saloon interior finishes include practical oiled teak flooring, light satin timber joinery, and white-coloured leather lounges. It's a sophisticated yet practical space.
Her helm station is complete with Volvo instrumentation and signature Princess analogue gauges. She is equipped with Raymarine electronics including a FLIR night vision camera. Skippers will appreciate that everything is at their fingertips, while passengers will feel part of the action also. Importantly there are no steps or mezzanine levels from the windscreen to the cockpit - just perfect for entertaining.
Centreline steps lead down adjacent from the helm to the lower deck accommodation and galley. The U-shaped chef's galley features hardwearing timber flooring and gloss black Avonite countertops. Her galley appliances include a three-burner ceramic cooktop, rangehood, convection microwave, domestic-sized upright fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large sink and concealed garbage bin.
The accommodation layout provides for three cabins and two heads.
Starting in the bow a lucky few will get to enjoy the VIP guest cabin. It has an expectantly plush double island berth, and opening ports and an overhead hatch can be called on for fresh air and light. Indeed throughout the lower accommodation and galley, lots of opening ports permit light, natural ventilation and connectivity with the outside world. The VIP cabin ensuite has a separate shower stall, round washbasin, with this bathroom doubling as the vessel day head. Her twin cabin featuring over and under bunks is positioned to starboard opposite the galley. Her mid-ship full-beam master cabin features a Queen-sized bed on the centreline which is flanked by a two-seater settee, leather-topped dresser, hanging locker and a bulkhead mounted built-in television. The spacious ensuite to port naturally has a separate shower stall and toilet.
Back aft she is equipped with crew quarters incorporating a single berth and a dedicated crew head. The transom garage accommodates the Williams 325 Jet Tender.
