Delivered new into Australia in 2008, her striking silver hull sets her apart. At the time of launch, the Vision Series represented Horizon’s largest-volume model for its length, boasting the widest beam compared to her sisters. She is every bit a “home away from home,” with expansive living areas and accommodation spread across three levels.

On the main deck, an open-plan layout flows seamlessly between the lounge, formal dining, and galley, ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. From here, stairs forward of the galley lead down to the accommodation deck, where her owner opted for the three-cabin layout. This allows for a spectacular full-beam master stateroom spanning 6.2m, complete with large hull windows, a dressing table that doubles as an office or library, and a beautifully styled ensuite featuring a his-and-hers vanity and opulent shower recess.

The forward VIP stateroom includes a queen-size island berth and its own ensuite styled to the same standard as the master. To port, a guest cabin offers twin single berths and sits adjacent to a full-sized bathroom, which also doubles as a day head. All cabins are fully air-conditioned and fitted with TVs, ensuring guest comfort.

Moving aft, the cockpit gives access to the flybridge via a redesigned staircase, or alternatively you can take the internal stairs from the saloon straight into the wheelhouse, an excellent option that adds safety at sea. The wheelhouse itself is spacious enough to serve as an additional cabin, complete with a leather lounge wrapping around a dining/chart table that converts to a double berth for overflow accommodation. A small powder room to starboard adds convenience.

At the helm, the skipper enjoys a leather bucket seat within easy reach of a comprehensive suite of navigation and communication electronics. A Sonar Depth Sounder, said by her previous owner to be worth its weight in gold, profiles the seabed up to 500m ahead, invaluable in poorly charted waters. A wireless Yacht Controller allows full vessel control from anywhere onboard, making berthing or nosing up under Kimberley waterfalls a breeze.

Comfort underway is ensured by a TRAC Stabilisation System, delivering smooth passage even in challenging conditions.

Access to the engine room is via a watertight door from the swim platform or a cockpit hatch. Here you’ll also find additional air-conditioned crew accommodation with an ensuite, a laundry with Miele appliances, a workbench, ample storage, and extra refrigeration. The engine room itself is immaculate, housing twin 1015HP Caterpillar C18 engines and two 240V Onan gensets. Regularly serviced, most recently with a major check-up and cooler servicing, they remain in peak condition. The hydraulic system runs the stabilisers, bow and stern thrusters, and windlass, while an air compressor and Karcher pressure cleaner add to her well-considered inventory. Headroom and access around the engines are excellent.

The ship’s house batteries have just been upgraded to lithium, capable of powering systems for 8–10 hours without needing the generator, keeping fridges and other essentials running overnight in silence.

On deck, a Brig rigid inflatable tender with 50HP outboard is stored aft of the wheelhouse and launched via a hydraulic davit. With the tender launched, the upper deck transforms into a vibrant entertaining area with bar, electric grills, extended awnings, and umbrellas for shade, perfect for gatherings or laid-back afternoons.

Everywhere you look, 'Sandalera’ reveals the hallmarks of a serious cruising yacht, redundancy, backups, and quality equipment throughout, ensuring her next owners enjoy exceptional reliability and luxury.

You are invited to book a private inspection to view this vessel. If you are unable to travel to inspect this vessel, we would be pleased to offer you a personal guided video tour via telephone with one of our yacht consultants.
