In addition, Todd co-founded Ultra Marine Products Pty Ltd, a prominent trader and supplier of European marine equipment, including the industry-renowned Ultra Anchors range. MARTIN HILLS
SUPERYACHT SALES EXECUTIVE
From an early immersion in the marine industry through a family-run business, Martin Hills has developed a lifelong passion and comprehensive expertise in yachting. His journey began at the age of 14 with a role at Rose Bay’s docks on Sydney Harbour, quickly advancing through ranks and challenges. After graduating university with a Bachelor of Commerce, Martin expanded his horizons across the Mediterranean, serving on Superyachts where he ascended to the role of First Mate, honing his leadership and maritime skills.
Returning to Australia, Martin applied his international experience to enhance his family’s business, specializing in high-quality marine accessories and hydraulic equipment for Superyachts. In his spare time Martin’s skilled were often called upon as a delivery captain which has taken him up and down the east coast of Australia including multiple bass strait crossings.
In 2018, Martin acquired a classic 30m Bennetti Motor Yacht for his family. Included in the acquisition process was his management of a complete refit of the vessel which now graces the waters of Pittwater, just north of Sydney, when not cruising the east coast.
Since the inception of Alexander Marine Australia, Martin has been involved in various capacities and has been instrumental in its growth evolving from a Captain’s role to a Superyacht Sales broker. Leveraging his vast local and international networks, Martin dedicates his unique skills to sourcing yachts that not only meet but exceed the expectations of each client. His deep commitment to understanding the unique Australian lifestyle and needs of his clientele ensures that the acquisition of a yacht is not just a purchase, but a perfect addition to their life on the sea.
