Alexander Marine Australia are proud to present the 2009 Custom 92' Long Range Cruiser 'Texas T' to the market as worldwide central agents.
Texas T' is an impressive steel long range expedition motor yacht and has been meticulously maintained throughout her life by full time crew and an owner which like his boat is "just right".
Custom built in Australia for her current owner she has extensively cruised the South Pacific and Asia logging an impressive 60,000 nautical miles as a passagemaker.
Upon stepping onboard fishermen will be impressed by her practical teak laid fishing cockpit featuring a large live bait tank, six rod holders, saltwater washdown hose, stainless steel electric three burner hot plate, bait board and sink. Likewise this area is complete with a remote scuba tank fill station with a separate hatch designed to hold six dive bottles.
Flowing up the curved staircase from the fishing cockpit into her spacious aft deck you enter an entertaining haven which is well protected from the elements by way of the fly bridge over hang. This area features lounges, large drinks fridge, oval shaped dining table which comfortably seats eight people, storage cupboard space for shoes, and an impressive hydraulic drop down rod locker in the ceiling!
With the push of a button the automatic sliding door opens to reveal the saloon dining area which has a lounge bar feel, seating up to eight people. The galley is open to the saloon area as well as the aft deck entertainment area by means of a large service window, which ensures nobody feels isolated from the other guests. The galley features substantial bench space for food preparation, Kleenmaid appliances, an insinkerator and trash compactor for extended time away from the dock. There is no shortage of fridge space for those long expeditions with a Mitsubishi Fridge/freezer/icemaker located in galley and below deck features a sizeable custom double door fridge and freezer as well as a Westinghouse 142L top loading freezer.
Moving forward you have an L shaped lounge to starboard, reading space to port with hi/lo 47" flatscreen TV, and a day head to port with access from the port side deck and via the saloon.
Forward of her saloon you enter her impressive wheelhouse, suitably equipped with quality navigation equipment for worldwide exploration. Communications hardware includes HF, VHF and KVH 210 Satellite phone equipment.
Moving down the curved stair case from the saloon you enter the lower deck accommodation area featuring a full beam midship master with large ensuite equipped with bathtub and separate shower stall. There is also mirrored port and starboard guest cabins both with ensuites, and a VIP guest double to starboard with ensuite.
Crews quarter is accessed via the portside of the wheel house, comfortably sleeping three. Accommodation consists of a bunk room with over and under bunk beds, a captain's double bed, shared ensuite and laundry facilities.
Her fly bridge is an additional space for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family - even the skipper won't feel left out with the helm station located by a high bar table seating eight. 'Texas-T' is fitted with mirrored L shaped lounge chairs, a wet bar with sink and bar fridge, uline icemaker up top.
Aft of her flybridge hardtop the boat deck carries two RIB's one being a 3.5m AB plus a substantial 5.8m Swift - with storage space available for additional kayaks and water toys. For the serious fisherman and for entering secluded coral cays (remembering this boat is a genuine exploration machine!!) she is equipped with a crows nest up on her mast offering 360 degree views including helm controls and a sounder for the ultimate bird's eye view.
'Texas-T' is powered by commercially rated twin Cummins QSM 11's which have proven to be extremely economical and ultra-reliable. The engine room is a spacious area and includes a work bench and utility sink.
'Texas-T' is an Australian Registered Ship and also commercial registered vessel with AMSA.
Inspection by appointment of this magnificent and capable long exploration motor yacht is highly recommended. Currently cruising Australian waters.
